Birchbox August 2013 | Review Update | Shanda G.

HI everyone.  Hope you all are doing awesome! Summer is over and school is back in session for many of you.  Here I am doing my first BirchBox review update. I hope I do it justice.  Enjoy!

The first item I want to talk about is the  sunscreen above. I'm loving the fact that the product is organic they defiantly get a point for going the environmentally friendly route. The smell is awesome it reminds me of
the Australian Gold tanning lotion. I wasn't sure if this could be put on the face so I put this on my arms only. It went on smooth with no major white caste despite it being a high SPF. Because I have dark skin this is important. I think this is a solid product overall. For more here's a link.....http://www.coolasuncare.com/classic/sunscreen-spf-45-mango

The next product I received  are these feet wipes from Jasmine Seven. They are basically  a baby wipe except for your feet. They have an antibacterial formula that's supposed to help clean and refresh them. I think it's a good idea if you walk around in the city with flip flops and such. They did make my feet smell nice when I tried them. If you have little ones this wold be excellent to clean their hands with when they pick up some  nasties at the play ground.  If you want to check it out here's a link!  ...........http://www.freshfeetwipes.com/products

The next product I have for you is this Bombshell blowout  Spray By AMIKA.  The scent is divine I've never smelled a hair spray that was that good. The scent is called Sea Buckthorn Berry. The spray is  to be used before  you blow-dry  to help protect your hair from heat damage. It also adds texture, volume and repairs. This product is great to use on wet or dry hair. I didn't notice much difference when I used due to the fact my natural hair is very textured. But, it  did smell great! The last product I have to mention is the Jouer Eye pencil.  I received the color Noir. The formula they use makes this a very smooth pencil. It doesn't have any drag or pull on your sensitive eye area. Which is awesome for a solid pencil. The only thing  that made me not like it is that it has bronze flecks in it. I was expecting a pure black pencil. If you don't mind that then it will be a nice addition to your make-up collection. If you want to see more Jouer here's a link...........
