Julep Maven Febuary 2014| Review update | with Shanda G.
Hi everyone! Welcome back to my blog. Here I am today with my first Julep box. I am so excited to try this out. I have seen this advertised everywhere on the net. I saw where it was stated that you could get your first box for free so I thought why not? When I took the survey for my style profile. I was classified as Classic with a twist. They have four other profiles including it girl, boho glam, bombshell, and modern beauty. I received this in the mail in a timely fashion so they receive brownie points for that! As we all know presentation is key to any product being successful. There's was packaged simply and with class in tissue paper.
The first product shown above is the MIGHTY nail and cuticle serum. This is supposed to sooth and moisturize the cuticles. I think it's a nice product a definite must try in the nail care line.
I received this nail polish in the color Myrtle. which is in a beautiful red. The formula is awesome with just one coat being opaque. I have to say that I think it's a must for nail look aficionado's! Julep Nail Polish is “5-free” and does not contain formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBP, or camphor.
The next polish I have to talk about is in the color Zora. This one was also surprisingly opaque. I was expecting on of those sheer looks. I think this could be used for a nice summer nail look. Or for all those fun designs nail artist make.
The last thing I received in this box were the nail blocks. Which are basically nail files in cute little blocks.
